Terms of service
Last updated October 16, 2026
These terms govern your use of Links2, the public-profile service operated by Links2 (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Questions, complaints, and legal notices can be sent to support@links2.link. Our privacy policy describes how information is handled.
Your account
You must be at least 16 and legally able to enter this agreement, or have the authorization required from your parent or guardian. Provide accurate account information and keep access secure. Clerk manages authentication and account security. One customer account owns one profile; account sharing, teams, and multiple-profile management are not included. You are responsible for actions through your account, except where applicable law says otherwise. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your content and public page
You keep ownership of your content. You give us the non-exclusive permission needed to store, process, display, distribute, and back up content to provide and protect the service. This permission ends when the content is removed, except for copies retained for a permitted backup, legal, security, or dispute purpose. You must have the rights and permissions needed for everything you upload, publish, link to, or collect.
A saved draft is separate from your published page. Public pages can be accessed, copied, indexed, or shared by others. Uploaded images are public assets; do not upload confidential information. Unpublishing or deleting content cannot retract third-party copies. Handles are subject to availability and reserved application paths. Replaced public handles are reserved for 30 days; we may reclaim a handle where necessary to resolve impersonation, infringement, or abuse.
Plans and subscriptions
Free includes one profile, up to 100 links, 25 MB of image storage, a 1 MB individual image limit, and 30 days of analytics history. Existing themes, colours, shapes, and backgrounds, social icons, sharing metadata, QR codes, and profile export are included.
When checkout is enabled, Plus is offered at US$4 per month or US$36 per year, before any applicable taxes shown at checkout. Plus includes up to 1,000 links, 250 MB of image storage, 365 days of analytics history, removal of Links2 branding, and scheduling. A connected custom hostname and audience collection are available only when those features have been released and enabled. Audience collection, when enabled, allows 1,000 new unique contacts per calendar month in UTC. No initial free trial is offered. The checkout page states the actual price, currency, tax, and billing interval you accept.
Paddle handles payment as merchant of record under its buyer terms. Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the selected interval until canceled. Use the billing portal linked from your account to manage payment methods, obtain invoices, or cancel. Unless checkout or applicable law provides otherwise, a scheduled cancellation keeps paid access until it becomes effective. Refund requests and mandatory withdrawal or consumer rights are handled through Paddle and applicable law. See our refund policy for eligibility and how to request a refund; contact support if you need help.
During Paddle’s payment-retry period, Plus access continues. Paused subscriptions and effective cancellations revert to Free. Downgrading preserves content: link and storage overages block additions rather than delete existing content. Branding returns, custom-domain serving and forms stop, and scheduled content freezes at its current visibility. Future scheduled items remain hidden. Saved settings remain available if you upgrade. Changes to prices or material plan terms will be communicated with notice and any cancellation options required by law.
Audience collection and integrations
You are responsible for lawful collection, accurate consent wording, required notices, honoring unsubscribe and deletion requests, and the use of exported information. Do not upload purchased lists, collect addresses without permission, or use Links2 to facilitate spam. A local form submission is not proof of ownership of an email address. Links2 sends no confirmation, welcome, newsletter, or marketing emails.
Mailchimp is optional. If you connect it and select an audience, you authorize us to transmit eligible contacts as pending and synchronize provider status. Mailchimp sends its own double opt-in emails. We do not automatically resubscribe suppressed contacts. You remain responsible for your Mailchimp account, audience, campaigns, third-party charges, and exported copies. Disconnecting Links2 does not delete your Mailchimp audience.
Custom domains and third-party services
You must register, renew, control, and configure your own domain. When enabled, Plus connects one supported CNAME subdomain, including www, after ownership and certificate validation. Apex-domain support is not included. Domain, DNS, certificate, authentication, billing, integration, and embedded-content services may be subject to their providers’ terms and availability. Links2 does not control third-party content or destinations.
Acceptable use
Do not use Links2 for unlawful content, phishing, malware, fraud, impersonation, harassment, exploitation, infringement, unsolicited marketing, or collection of sensitive personal information without required protections. Do not bypass quotas, security checks, or paid access controls; probe other customers’ private information; disrupt the service; or embed arbitrary scripts. Report abuse through a public page’s report link or support@links2.link.
We may restrict, suspend, or remove content or accounts when reasonably necessary to address a violation, legal requirement, security issue, or significant operational risk. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the action and offer a way to contact support about it. Suspension does not replace billing cancellation; contact support if you cannot access your billing controls.
Deletion and ending use
You may stop using the service, cancel paid renewal in Paddle’s portal, or request account deletion from the application. Deletion requires recent authentication, immediately unpublishes the profile and revokes access, and completes after billing cancellation is confirmed and cleanup succeeds. Failed cleanup steps retry. Externally deleting a Clerk account also initiates cleanup. Retention exceptions and third-party copies are described in the privacy policy.
Availability, responsibility, and rights
We work to keep Links2 useful and available, but do not promise uninterrupted service, particular analytics accuracy, search rankings, audience growth, or that third-party services will always work. Keep exports of content you need. Features may evolve; we will give reasonable notice of a material reduction to a paid service where practicable and provide any remedies required by law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without additional implied warranties, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service or third-party destinations. This does not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees, fraud, deliberate misconduct, or other mandatory rights. No term requires you to waive statutory remedies or bring a claim in a place prohibited by applicable law.
Contact support first so we can try to resolve a dispute. Applicable mandatory laws and the courts available under them remain available to you. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest of these terms continues to apply. We may update these terms with appropriate notice; material changes to an existing subscription take effect only with the notice or agreement required by applicable law.
